DOG BOARDING
We know how important holidays are to you, they are also really important to your dog too! A change of scenery for a week or two can do wonders. To avoid any disappointment please book in with us as early as you possibly can. We can only take dogs for boarding who come to us for daycare. We have found through experience a lot of dogs are suffering with a variety of anxiety therefore need to have that bond with us and be in familiar surroundings when you are away.
Please note: If you are new to TBHPC we would initially book you in for a meet and greet. We’ll sit down and get to know each other and your dog and you can ask any questions you may have. Prior to the meeting we will send you our forms to collect all of the necessary information we will need in order to look after your dog and take them away with us for our records. Information we are looking for will be vaccine history, any medical conditions, vet details etc. Please see our privacy policy.
After the initial meet and greet we will book in a slot for your dog to meet our 2 dogs (the residents) on neutral territory. Once they approve we then move onto the 3rd stage of a trial night. If that all goes well you’re dog is welcome to stay with us whenever needed.
What your dog will receive with our boarding package:
• Over night stay or for any amount of time up until 4 weeks.
• 3x walks per day: 1x walk first thing, 1x 1 hour walk, 1x evening walk before bed. Toilet breaks are given on a regular
• Plenty of time to have a nap, either on their own or with whoever they choose. Each dog in our care has the option of their own room with their own water bowl filled with fresh water regularly and a clean bed.
