We started The Brighton and Hove Pet Concierge as we believe our pets are more than just pets, they are members of the family, equal to anyone else. We know our friends and family feel the same so we wanted to create a home daycare and boarding environment based in Brighton which offers the level of care that reflects the standards we would want for our pets.

Realistically in today’s ever changing society we are time poor and as much as we’d love our pets to be the priority all the time, life can get in the way. That’s where we come in, we fill the gap. We make sure Fred gets that groom or if he’s suddenly ill the day you have an important meeting we’ll take care of him and get him to your vet if needs be and give you updates along the way. Think of us as extended family! Our services pretty much cover anything your pet would need. Check out the list of services above to see all info on how we can help you. Services include: Dog daycare full day and half day, dog boarding, cat sitting, dog weekend care and dog walking.

Undoubtedly you’ve been around more due to Covid-19 which has meant you have spent more time with your loved ones but what about when you have to go back to work? Separation anxiety could become a major issue for both of you but mainly your dog who doesn’t understand what’s going on. We can help ease him/her back into the “new normal” whatever that’s going to be. We can keep him/her company with our daycare service where he/she can hang out with their new friends, have a lovely walk in the countryside and just chill in a different environment. Like humans, a change of environment, lots of mental stimulation, exercise, socialisation and rest is so good for their mental health too.

Even if you are still working from home your dog may need a break or vice versa you may need a break from them. We understand as much as we love our pets it can be distracting having a Zoom call and hearing barking in the background.

If you’re in a situation where you’re worried about them becoming too attached with the current restrictions and you want to prevent separation anxiety we do have the option of half day boarding It makes daycare that bit more affordable too.
